What one purchase includes
Private Hunt: ₹199 for one complete cooperative session, 2–8 players. Personalised Hunt: ₹499 for the same session plus custom names, an introduction, and a final message. These are introductory experimental prices. The organiser pays and guests join free.
When access is used
Your entitlement is valid for 90 days from payment verification. It is reserved when you create a room, and consumed only when the host starts the game. Recover an abandoned lobby from the dashboard. Once started, the same session can be resumed for 24 hours. Replay is not included.
Unused sessions
The proposed policy allows an unused session to be considered for a full refund before expiry. A provider-confirmed full refund revokes an unused entitlement. A refund request alone is not confirmation that money has been returned. Partial refunds are represented separately and do not automatically revoke access.
Started sessions and technical issues
Once a session has started, refund requests require review for service failures and applicable consumer rights. A confirmed refund is recorded even for a consumed session; completed progress is preserved. A full refund cannot create replay access or another entitlement.
Preview limitations
Refund requests are recorded by an authorised administrator and processed manually in the provider dashboard. Development does not issue real refunds. Final eligibility rules, response times, statutory rights, merchant identity, and support contact must be reviewed and published before accepting live payments.
