Lost your room?
Return to the invitation using the same browser. Your guest identity and game progress will reconnect automatically. Organisers can reopen rooms from their dashboard. New players cannot join after the hunt starts.
Payment still pending?
Open your purchase history and choose “Recheck provider.” The server checks the payment provider directly. Do not make another purchase just because checkout closed or you lost the return page.
Planning a team event?
The current private hunt supports 2–8 players per room. Larger events and custom facilitation are not included in these packages. An enquiry channel will be added when operator contact details are confirmed.
